Sunnyfield Farm is on 20 acres west of Niwot, with easy access to miles of trails. There is daily turnout and each afternoon the horses are brought in to be fed, grained and checked. We have 2 Barns with large aisles, a row of 8 corrals with runs, and shared pasture with shelter. The barnstalls are 12x14 with a few oversized for large horses, the stall runs are 14 x 25 feet. Stalls have rubber mats and shavings are provided. Sunnyfield has a large lighted indoor arena, a sturdy round pen, an outside ring with jumps and fencing, free trailer parking and access to miles of trails directly from the property. The bathroom is heated and lockers are available to store supplies and tack.
Horses are fed twice daily with grass hay and are checked at 9PM daily with additional hay available. Grain and supplements are fed - owner provided. There is daily mucking with fresh shavings. We live right accross the road from the Farm. The farm-house that is on-site is occupied by horse owners who board with us to provide consistent care while management is off duty.
